The Effects of Democratic Leadership Style by Departmental Heads on Secretaries


An effective leadership is a leadership where leader provides direction to the efforts of the workers, guide groups activities and ensures that groups objectives are achieved. Without good and effective leadership, an organization would be comprised of uncoordinated group of people lacking unity and direction. The democratic leadership style is a leadership style, where the subordinate are allowed to join in decision making and the welfare of the subordinate is also considered. In this case, a secretary will be motivated to sue the skills one acquired to perform her job effectively. She will represent the managers in their absence.
